Ecomazz
Amazon private-label brand management & PPC services
Ecomazz ("Ecomazz," "we," "us," or "our") provides Amazon advertising (PPC), brand management, and growth consulting for private-label sellers. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site, contact us, or interact with our ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), and how we use, share, and protect it.
01 Who we are
Ecomazz is an independent agency specializing in Amazon advertising and brand management for private-label sellers across the US, UK, EU, and UAE marketplaces. We work with brand owners on a freelance and contract basis to manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, listing optimization, and related growth services.
For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Ecomazz acts as the data controller for the personal information described in this policy, unless we are processing data on behalf of a client under a separate agreement, in which case the client is the controller and we act as a processor.
02 Scope of this policy
This policy applies to:
- Visitors to this website and any landing pages we operate.
- People who contact us through forms, email, WhatsApp, or messaging apps.
- People who interact with our advertisements on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Audience Network).
- Prospective and current clients of our Amazon brand management and PPC services.
It does not cover the privacy practices of Amazon, Meta, or any third-party platform we use to deliver our services; please refer to their respective privacy policies for how they handle your data.

Information from third parties
We may receive limited information from Meta (such as aggregated ad performance and audience insights) and, where you have separately authorized it, from Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Ads in connection with the services we provide to you as a client.
04 How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and provide quotes for our services.
- To deliver and manage Amazon PPC, brand management, and consulting work for clients.
- To run and measure advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, including showing our ads to relevant audiences and tracking conversions.
- To improve our website, services, and marketing based on aggregate usage trends.
- To send service-related communications, invoices, and, where you've agreed, occasional updates about our services.
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
05 Cookies, pixels & Meta advertising
We use the Meta Pixel on our site to understand how visitors arrive from our Facebook and Instagram ads, measure the effectiveness of those ads, and build audiences for future campaigns (including retargeting and lookalike audiences).
The Meta Pixel works by placing and reading cookies on your browser and may collect data such as pages visited, button clicks, and device information. This data is shared with Meta and is subject to Meta's own data policy.
We do not currently use cookies for any purpose beyond advertising measurement and basic site analytics. If that changes, we will update this section.
06 How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — for ad delivery and measurement via the Meta Pixel, as described above.
- Service providers — payment processors, email and communication tools, and project management software we use to run our business, who are bound to use data only to provide services to us.
- Clients — where information relates to work performed on their behalf (for example, campaign performance data tied to their Amazon account).
- Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
07 Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal or tax obligations, typically no longer than 3 years after our last interaction with you, unless a longer period is required by law or agreed with a client.
08 Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data, subject to legal or contractual exceptions.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, including for marketing purposes.
- Request a portable copy of your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland have these rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR; residents of certain US states have similar rights under applicable state privacy laws. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
09 International data transfers
Ecomazz operates from Pakistan and works with clients internationally. Where personal data is transferred across borders, including to service providers such as Meta, we rely on the safeguards those providers make available (such as standard contractual clauses) and take reasonable steps to ensure data is handled consistently with this policy.
10 Children's privacy
Our services are intended for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
11 Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, such as access controls and secure communication channels, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
